CHAMPIONS PROGRAM

Looking to improve your athletic ability? Do you have a goal to get faster? Stronger? More explosive?

Our Champions Program is for athletes looking to take their athletic ability to the next level through custom built workout plans specifically for you.

Each Membership includes a Monthly Breakdown of progress and growth as well as areas to improve to ensure that the athlete is working towards the goals that they set out.

This program starts with an initial baseline test to create a plan specifically for you where you are at. Then you choose between 1, 2, or 3 days a week in the gym. We will then create a custom plan for you and work with you step by step to accomplish your goals.

Track Your Progress

Each Athlete will have a detailed monthly report to review and analyze together with their trainer. 

Athletes are able to put their progress on paper and ensure that their workouts are geared towards where they currently are at with their athletic ability and their athletic goals.

Trainers gather as much information about the athlete as possible (i.e. sport training schedules, upcoming events and competitions, any injuries, etc). to create a schedule for the athlete that compliments their team training. The focus of this program is to help athletes perform better in their specific sport, not just to gain strength or muscle.

All Memberships are billed Monthly. Each athletes MUST have a baseline test before joining the Champions Program.

1x a week

$120 per month. 4 sessions per month. Monthly Report. Trainer & Athlete in person / virtual review.

2x a week

$195 per month. 8 sessions per month. Monthly Report. Trainer & Athlete in person / virtual review.

3x a week

$255 per month. 12 sessions per month. Monthly Report. Trainer & Athlete in person / virtual review.
