Class Schedule:

Monday - Friday (6AM, 9AM, 5PM, 6PM)

Saturday (8AM, 10AM)

Sunday - No class. Recovery 6PM

High Intensity Interval Workouts — designed to make you move, sweat, and stay strong and fit.

Circuit Training

Multiple stations to keep you moving and focus on either a lower body circuit, upper body circuit, or whole body circuit! Keep moving!

Beginners Classes

Classes designed for Beginners to focus on proper form, different compound lifts, and to get you ready for group fitness classes!

Strength Workouts

Designed to make you stronger and help you focus on specific movements. Focus is on proper form and improving your overall strength.

Low Impact / Core

Usually in the middle of the week. A day to focus on core strength, stretching, and workouts with lighter weight to build overall strength, reduce injury, and keep your body healthy!

Open Gym

Come workout! Do your own workout or follow along with our workout of the day. Open 7 days a week!
